Step 1: Sauté the Shrimp
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place shrimp in the air fryer basket and cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until pink and opaque.
Step 2: Cook the Spinach & Crab
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté onions until soft.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in crab meat, heavy cream, cream cheese, and Parmesan, mixing until smooth.
Step 3: Combine & Serve
- Gently fold in the cooked shrimp.
- Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if using.
- Serve warm with toasted bread or over rice.
