Step 1: Cook the Pasta
- Boil a pot of salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
Step 2: Air Fry the Shrimp
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Place shrimp in the air fryer basket and cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until pink and opaque.
Step 3: Make the Sauce
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté cherry tomatoes until soft.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and reserved pasta water.
- Stir until creamy and smooth.
Step 4: Assemble & Serve
- Add cooked pasta and shrimp to the sauce, tossing to coat.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve warm with extra Parmesan if desired.
