Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta
  1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
Step 2: Air Fry the Shrimp
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Place shrimp in the air fryer basket and cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until pink and opaque.
Step 3: Make the Sauce
  1. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté cherry tomatoes until soft.
  2. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and reserved pasta water.
  3. Stir until creamy and smooth.
Step 4: Assemble & Serve
  1. Add cooked pasta and shrimp to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley.
  3. Serve warm with extra Parmesan if desired.
