Step 1: Prepare the Jerk Steak & Shrimp
  1. In a bowl, mix steak strips and shrimp with jerk seasoning, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Air Fry
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place steak strips in the air fryer basket and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  3. Add shrimp and cook for an additional 4–5 minutes until pink and cooked through.
Step 3: Cook the Yellow Rice
  1. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Add yellow rice, butter, and diced bell peppers.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the rice is tender.
Step 4: Assemble & Serve
  1. Fluff the rice and serve on a plate.
  2. Top with jerk steak and shrimp.
  3. Garnish with chopped green onions and lime wedges.
