Step 1: Prepare the Jerk Steak & Shrimp
- In a bowl, mix steak strips and shrimp with jerk seasoning, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Place steak strips in the air fryer basket and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Add shrimp and cook for an additional 4–5 minutes until pink and cooked through.
Step 3: Cook the Yellow Rice
- In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
- Add yellow rice, butter, and diced bell peppers.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the rice is tender.
Step 4: Assemble & Serve
- Fluff the rice and serve on a plate.
- Top with jerk steak and shrimp.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and lime wedges.
