Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Salmon & Shrimp
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Rub salmon fillets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Place salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Season shrimp with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  5. Add shrimp to the air fryer and cook for 5–6 minutes, or until pink and opaque.
Step 2: Make the Alfredo Sauce
  1. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  2. Pour in heavy cream and broth, stirring well.
  3. Simmer for 3 minutes, then add Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
  4. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
Step 3: Combine & Serve
  1. Toss cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce.
  2. Flake the salmon into chunks and add it along with shrimp to the pasta.
  3. Gently mix and garnish with chopped parsley.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy!
