  2. Roll into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Freeze for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
Step 2: Coat the Bites
  1. Roll each cheese ball in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  2. Repeat the egg and panko coating for an extra crispy layer.
Step 3: Air Fry
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Lightly grease the air fryer basket.
  3. Place cheese bites in a single layer, ensuring they don’t touch.
  4. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden brown.
Step 4: Serve
  1. Let cool for 2 minutes and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
