Step 1: Prepare the Filling
- In a bowl, mix shredded cheddar, cream cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Roll into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
Step 2: Coat the Bites
- Roll each cheese ball in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Repeat the egg and panko coating for an extra crispy layer.
Step 3: Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket.
- Place cheese bites in a single layer, ensuring they don’t touch.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden brown.
Step 4: Serve
- Let cool for 2 minutes and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
