Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Dough
  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. In another bowl, mix egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until combined.
  4. Fold in chopped strawberries.
Step 2: Air Fry
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Grease a donut mold and fill each cavity with batter.
  3. Air fry for 8–10 minutes or until golden and firm to the touch.
  4. Let cool before filling.
Step 3: Make the Filling & Glaze
  1. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips until smooth.
  3. Slice donuts in half and pipe cream into the center.
  4. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and let set.
