Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta
  1. Boil the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Make the Cheese Sauce
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add heavy cream, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stir and let it warm up, but don’t let it boil.
  4. Add shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Assemble & Air Fry
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix the cooked pasta with the cheese sauce and transfer to an air fryer-safe baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with olive oil or melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the macaroni.
  5. Air fry for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and crispy on top.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
  1. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Garnish with extra Parmesan or fresh parsley if desired.
