Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Stir in the buttermilk until just combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheese and diced ham.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Pour the melted butter into a small baking dish that fits inside your air fryer.
- Spoon the biscuit dough into the dish, spreading it evenly.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Step 3: Cool & Serve
- Let the biscuits rest for a few minutes before cutting into squares.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
