Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Dough
  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Stir in the buttermilk until just combined.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheese and diced ham.
Step 2: Air Fry
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Pour the melted butter into a small baking dish that fits inside your air fryer.
  3. Spoon the biscuit dough into the dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Air fry for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Step 3: Cool & Serve
  1. Let the biscuits rest for a few minutes before cutting into squares.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!
