Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
- In a large bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cornstarch.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the toasted pecans.
Step 2: Shape & Air Fry
- Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls and place them on parchment paper.
- Arrange the dough balls in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between them.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
Step 3: Cool & Serve
- Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
- Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container.
