Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chicken cubes and toss to coat evenly.
Step 2: Assemble the Foil Packets
  1. Divide the marinated chicken, pineapple, bell pepper, and onion evenly onto the four sheets of foil.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and fold the foil tightly into packets.
Step 3: Air Fry
  1. Place the foil packets in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. Carefully open the foil packets and check that the chicken is cooked through.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
  1. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
  2. Serve directly from the foil or over rice.
