Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Beef
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Drain any excess fat and add minced garlic. Cook for 1 more minute.
Step 3: Make the Sauce
- Pour in beef broth and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir well and let the sauce thicken for 3–4 minutes.
Step 4: Combine & Serve
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Stir in butter for extra richness.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
