Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Beef
  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. Drain any excess fat and add minced garlic. Cook for 1 more minute.
Step 3: Make the Sauce
  1. Pour in beef broth and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  2. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Stir well and let the sauce thicken for 3–4 minutes.
Step 4: Combine & Serve
  1. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  2. Stir in butter for extra richness.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
