Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Step 2: Roast with Bacon
- Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Sprinkle chopped bacon evenly over the sprouts.
- Roast for 15 minutes, stirring halfway.
Step 3: Glaze & Serve
- Drizzle with honey and balsamic vinegar.
- Roast for another 5 minutes until caramelized.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
