Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Step 2: Roast with Bacon
  1. Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  2. Sprinkle chopped bacon evenly over the sprouts.
  3. Roast for 15 minutes, stirring halfway.
Step 3: Glaze & Serve
  1. Drizzle with honey and balsamic vinegar.
  2. Roast for another 5 minutes until caramelized.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy!
