For the Crust:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp cold water
For the Custard Filling:
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tbsp unsalted butter
For the Topping:
  • Strawberries, sliced
  • Blueberries
  • Kiwi, diced
  • Raspberries
  • 2 tbsp apricot jam (for glaze)
