- 1 cup whole milk

- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tbsp unsalted butter
For the Topping:
- Strawberries, sliced
- Blueberries
- Kiwi, diced
- Raspberries
- 2 tbsp apricot jam (for glaze)
