  1. In a clean bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
  2. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff, glossy peaks form.
  3. Spread the meringue over the chocolate filling, ensuring it touches the edges of the crust.
Step 3: Bake & Serve
  1. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the meringue is golden brown.
  2. Let cool completely before slicing and serving.
