Step 1: Prepare the Filling
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, eggs, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
Step 2: Assemble the Pie
- Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
- Arrange the pecan halves evenly over the top.
Step 3: Bake the Pie
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set and slightly wobbly.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
- Slice and serve as is or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
