Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Filling
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  4. Stir in the crumbled bacon and BBQ sauce (if using), then remove from heat.
Step 2: Assemble the Rolls
  1. Roll out the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  2. Place a spoonful of the cooked beef mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  3. Add a small scoop of mac & cheese on top.
  4. Roll the dough over the filling, tucking the edges to seal.
Step 3: Bake
  1. Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
  1. Let cool slightly before serving.
  2. Pair with ketchup, ranch, or BBQ sauce for dipping.
