Step 1: Make the Filling
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, Old Bay, and green onions until combined. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare Biscuit Dough
- Follow the package instructions to prepare the biscuit dough. Stir in extra cheddar if needed.
Step 3: Stuff and Bake
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking sheet.
- Take a scoop of dough, flatten slightly, place 1 tbsp of crab filling in center, and fold dough around it to seal.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden.
Step 4: Make Lemon Butter
- Melt butter and stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and garlic powder.
- Brush over warm biscuits before serving.
