Step 1: Make the Dough
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest for 1 hour.
Step 2: Cook on the Stovetop
- Heat a heavy-bottom skillet (with lid) over low-medium heat and lightly oil it.
- Shape dough into a thick disc. Place into the pan and cover.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes on one side, flip, then cook another 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
