Step 1: Prepare the Filling
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly in the prepared pie dish. Top with shredded cheese.
Step 2: Make the Crust
- In a bowl, whisk together Bisquick, milk, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour over the beef and cheese mixture in the pie dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden and set in the center. Let cool slightly before slicing.
