Instructions
Step 1: Preheat and Prepare
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix Wet Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
Step 3: Add Dry Ingredients
- Stir in cooked quinoa, oats, cinnamon, salt, and chocolate chips or nuts if using.
Step 4: Bake
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until set and golden brown.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
