Step 1: Preheat and Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan or line with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix the Batter
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add in the flour and mix until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate the coconut milk, regular milk, melted butter, and condensed milk. Mix until well combined.
Step 3: Bake
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for about 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool slightly before slicing and serving. Best served warm or chilled.
