Instructions

Step 1: Mix
  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add orange juice, zest, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
Step 2: Air Fry
  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Grease a 6-inch round cake pan and pour in the batter.
  3. Air fry for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 3: Serve
  1. Let cool. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with orange glaze if desired.
