Step 1: Mix
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add orange juice, zest, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Grease a 6-inch round cake pan and pour in the batter.
- Air fry for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 3: Serve
- Let cool. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with orange glaze if desired.
