Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Meat
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the onion and garlic until soft. Add the ground meat, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned. Let it cool slightly.
Step 2: Fill and Seal
  1. Cut the puff pastry into squares or rectangles.
  2. Add a spoonful of meat and some cheese in the center of each piece.
  3. Fold over and seal edges with a fork. Brush tops with beaten egg.
Step 3: Air Fry
  1. Preheat air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  2. Place pastries in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Step 4: Serve
  1. Let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Enjoy warm!
