Step 1: Cook the Meat
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the onion and garlic until soft. Add the ground meat, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned. Let it cool slightly.
Step 2: Fill and Seal
- Cut the puff pastry into squares or rectangles.
- Add a spoonful of meat and some cheese in the center of each piece.
- Fold over and seal edges with a fork. Brush tops with beaten egg.
Step 3: Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Place pastries in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Step 4: Serve
- Let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Enjoy warm!
