Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Dough
  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Lay out the puff pastry or filo dough on a clean surface.
  3. Brush each sheet lightly with butter or oil. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
Step 2: Add the Filling
  1. Place a spoonful of your chosen filling near one edge of the dough.
  2. Roll up tightly into a log or shape as desired (triangle, roll, etc.).
  3. Brush the tops with egg wash for a golden finish.
Step 3: Bake or Air Fry
  1. Place pastries on a lined tray or in the air fryer basket.
  2. Bake or air fry for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
