Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- Preheat your oven or air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Lay out the puff pastry or filo dough on a clean surface.
- Brush each sheet lightly with butter or oil. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
Step 2: Add the Filling
- Place a spoonful of your chosen filling near one edge of the dough.
- Roll up tightly into a log or shape as desired (triangle, roll, etc.).
- Brush the tops with egg wash for a golden finish.
Step 3: Bake or Air Fry
- Place pastries on a lined tray or in the air fryer basket.
- Bake or air fry for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
