Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Batter
  1. In a bowl, mix semolina, yogurt, sugar, oil, milk, baking powder, salt, and vanilla if using.
  2. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes so the semolina can absorb the liquid.
Step 2: Air Fry
  1. Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Pour batter into a greased air fryer-safe cake pan.
  3. Sprinkle chopped nuts or coconut if desired.
  4. Air fry for 20–22 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 3: Cool and Serve
  1. Let the cake cool slightly before slicing.
  2. Serve plain or drizzle with honey or syrup for extra flavor.
