Step 1: Prepare the Batter
- In a bowl, mix semolina, yogurt, sugar, oil, milk, baking powder, salt, and vanilla if using.
- Let the batter rest for 10 minutes so the semolina can absorb the liquid.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
- Pour batter into a greased air fryer-safe cake pan.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts or coconut if desired.
- Air fry for 20–22 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 3: Cool and Serve
- Let the cake cool slightly before slicing.
- Serve plain or drizzle with honey or syrup for extra flavor.
