Step 1: Blend the Base
- In a blender, combine mangoes, yogurt (or coconut cream), condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Chill and Serve
- Pour the cream into small serving cups or bowls.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish with mint leaves or diced mango and serve cold.
