Step 1: Prepare the Batter
- Whisk eggs and sugar together in a bowl over a pot of simmering water. Beat until light and fluffy.
- Add warm milk and honey, mix gently.
- Fold in sifted cake flour gradually, then add the oil and mix until smooth.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Line a cake pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan and tap to remove bubbles.
- Place in preheated air fryer at 150°C (300°F) and bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool upside down to maintain height and texture.
