Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Batter
  1. Whisk eggs and sugar together in a bowl over a pot of simmering water. Beat until light and fluffy.
  2. Add warm milk and honey, mix gently.
  3. Fold in sifted cake flour gradually, then add the oil and mix until smooth.
Step 2: Air Fry
  1. Line a cake pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan and tap to remove bubbles.
  2. Place in preheated air fryer at 150°C (300°F) and bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  3. Let cool upside down to maintain height and texture.
