Step 1: Prepare the Pudding Base
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened (about 2 minutes).
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
Step 2: Add Pineapple and Layer
- Gently fold the drained crushed pineapple into the creamy pudding mixture.
- In a dish, layer graham crackers and spoon over the pineapple cream. Repeat layers, ending with cream on top.
Step 3: Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let it set.
- Garnish with extra whipped topping and pineapple chunks before serving, if desired.
