Step 1: Prepare the Batter
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
Step 2: Assemble and Air Fry
- Grease a 6-inch cake pan or line it with parchment paper. Pour in the batter and arrange apple slices on top.
- Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F). Bake the cake in the air fryer for 22–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
