Step 1: Prepare the Batter
  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add in milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
Step 2: Assemble and Air Fry
  1. Grease a 6-inch cake pan or line it with parchment paper. Pour in the batter and arrange apple slices on top.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F). Bake the cake in the air fryer for 22–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  3. Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
