Step 1: Assemble the Pizza
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over each flatbread.
- Top with dollops of cottage cheese, sprinkle with mozzarella, and season with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add any optional toppings you like.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Place the flatbreads carefully in the basket (you may need to cook in batches).
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden and crisp.
