Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mix sliced potatoes with melted butter, olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Stack in Muffin Tin
- Grease a silicone or metal muffin tin that fits in your air fryer.
- Stack 8–10 slices of seasoned potato in each cup to form a tower.
Step 3: Air Fry
- Place muffin tin in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 18–20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy and the center is fork-tender.
- Let rest 2 minutes before removing stacks from the tin. Garnish with parsley if desired.
