- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan or nutritional yeast (optional)
- 1/4 cup cream or plant-based cream
- 1 tsp mixed dried herbs (thyme, rosemary, sage)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: A handful of chopped spinach or kale
