Step 1: Bread the Chicken
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, then coat in the panko mixture.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Lightly spray both sides of the chicken with oil and place in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, flip, and cook another 8–10 minutes or until golden and cooked through (internal temp 75°C/165°F).
Step 3: Make the Sauce
- While chicken is cooking, heat butter and oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté mushrooms until browned, then add garlic and cook 1 more minute.
- Pour in cream and stir in Parmesan. Simmer until thickened. Season to taste.
