Instructions

Step 1: Bread the Chicken
  1. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, then coat in the panko mixture.
Step 2: Air Fry
  1. Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Lightly spray both sides of the chicken with oil and place in the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry for 10 minutes, flip, and cook another 8–10 minutes or until golden and cooked through (internal temp 75°C/165°F).
Step 3: Make the Sauce
  1. While chicken is cooking, heat butter and oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté mushrooms until browned, then add garlic and cook 1 more minute.
  3. Pour in cream and stir in Parmesan. Simmer until thickened. Season to taste.
