Step 1: Prep the Veggies
- In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, sliced mushrooms, and minced garlic.
- Drizzle with olive oil or butter, then sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until everything is evenly coated.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Add the mixture to the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and tender.
Step 3: Serve
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley.
