Instructions

Step 1: Sauté Garlic and Mushrooms
  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add mushrooms and sauté for about 6–8 minutes until browned and soft.
Step 2: Add Tomatoes and Spinach
  1. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted.
Step 3: Make it Creamy
  1. Lower heat and pour in the cream. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
  2. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4: Serve
  1. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm. Delicious with pasta, grilled chicken, or crusty bread.
