Instructions

Step 1: Mix and Soak
  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Add bread cubes and raisins (if using). Let soak for 5–10 minutes.
Step 2: Air Fry
  1. Grease a small baking dish or ramekins that fit in your air fryer.
  2. Pour the soaked bread mixture in and smooth the top.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
  4. Air fry for 20–25 minutes or until golden and set in the center.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.
