Step 1: Make the Choux Pastry
  1. In a saucepan, bring water, butter, and salt to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and add the flour all at once, stirring quickly until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the pan.
  3. Let it cool for 5 minutes, then beat in the eggs one at a time until the dough is smooth and glossy.
Step 2: Air Fry
  1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined air fryer tray or basket.
  3. Air fry for 15–18 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Let cool completely.
Step 3: Fill the Cream Puffs
  1. Whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. Slice the cooled puffs in half and pipe or spoon the whipped cream inside.
  3. Optional: Dust tops with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate.
