Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Rub in the cold butter until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
- Stir in the sugar and dried fruit.
- Beat the egg and add it to the mixture with just enough milk to form a stiff dough.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
- Drop rough spoonfuls of the dough onto a lined or greased air fryer tray or basket.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
