Step 1: Prepare the Batter
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, egg, sugar, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
Step 2: Heat the Oil
- Heat oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C).
Step 3: Coat and Fry
- Dip each marshmallow into the batter using a skewer or fork to coat it completely.
- Gently place into the hot oil and fry for 30–45 seconds or until golden and puffed.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Step 4: Serve
- Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate sauce. Serve warm and enjoy!
