Cookies Made From Brownie Mix

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat Oven

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Make the Dough

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water. Mix until a thick dough forms.
2. Stir in chocolate chips or nuts if using.

Step 3: Shape and Bake

1. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
2. Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are set but centers are slightly soft.

Step 4: Cool

1. Let cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
