Instructions

Step 1: Cook Pasta
  1. Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Brown the Sausage
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and combined.
  3. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Step 4: Combine Everything
  1. Add cooked pasta and sausage to the sauce. Toss until well coated and heated through.
  2. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
