Step 1: Cook Pasta
- Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Brown the Sausage
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Sauce
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and combined.
- Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Step 4: Combine Everything
- Add cooked pasta and sausage to the sauce. Toss until well coated and heated through.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
