- 1 can (4 oz) green chilies

- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, green onions, jalapeños
