- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped pickled jalapeños (or fresh for more heat)
- 6–8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (or Mexican blend)
For the Creamy Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
