- 2 cups cooked grilled chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon (plus extra for garnish)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional: smoked paprika or chipotle powder for smoky depth
