Step 1: Air Fry the Chicken
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place in air fryer basket and cook for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
Step 2: Make the Boursin Sauce
- While the chicken cooks, heat 1 tbsp olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir in Boursin cheese until melted and smooth.
- Simmer 3–5 minutes, stirring often, until slightly thickened.
Step 3: Combine and Serve
- Place cooked chicken on a serving plate and pour the Boursin sauce over the top.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with vegetables, pasta, or rice.
