Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Veggies
  1. In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes, carrots, and green beans with olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Step 2: Air Fry
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place the veggies in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
  3. Air fry for 15–18 minutes, shaking or stirring halfway through, until veggies are tender and golden.
Step 3: Serve
  1. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm with your favorite main dish!
