Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Noodles
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Drain and set aside. Toss with a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking if needed.
Step 2: Cook the Chicken
  1. In a large deep skillet or wok, heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces and cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
  3. Add garlic and cook for another 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 3: Make the Sauce
  1. In the same pan, add honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and pepper. Stir well.
  2. Bring to a simmer, then add the cornstarch slurry. Stir until the sauce thickens (1–2 minutes).
Step 4: Combine & Serve
  1. Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat with the sauce and chicken.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions or parsley if desired.
