Step 1: Prepare the Mixture
- Grate potatoes and squeeze out excess water using a clean towel.
- In a bowl, combine grated potatoes, sliced onion, bell pepper, eggs, flour, seasoning, and oil. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2: Shape and Cook
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Line the bottom of a small round pan or air fryer-safe dish with parchment paper and spray with oil.
- Press the potato mixture into the pan evenly and compact tightly.
- Air fry for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and firm.
Optional Finish:
- Flip and air fry 3–5 more minutes to crisp both sides, or broil in oven for added browning.
