Step 1: Prepare the Cake
  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and 1 can of undrained pineapple until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely.
Step 2: Make the Topping
  1. In a bowl, combine the whipped topping, vanilla pudding mix, and the second can of crushed pineapple (with juice). Mix well until fluffy.
  2. Spread evenly over the cooled cake.
Step 3: Chill and Serve
  1. Refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour before serving for best texture.
