Step 1: Prepare the Cake
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and 1 can of undrained pineapple until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely.
Step 2: Make the Topping
- In a bowl, combine the whipped topping, vanilla pudding mix, and the second can of crushed pineapple (with juice). Mix well until fluffy.
- Spread evenly over the cooled cake.
Step 3: Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour before serving for best texture.
