Step 1: Cook the Pasta
- Cook linguine in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Season and Cook the Chicken
- Slice chicken breasts into strips. Season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, and cream cheese until melted and smooth.
Step 4: Combine and Serve
- Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
